Barbara Lester is a watercolor and glass artist who has spent much of her life in the Columbia River Gorge and currently lives on the Long Beach Peninsula.  The past
Year she has worked exclusively with glass fusing. 

An elementary teacher, Barbara is inspired by children’s art and the exploratory aspect of creating.  Barbara most enjoys the experimental nature of fusing and can’t wait to open the kiln to see what treasures await.  She guarantees that each piece is a one-of-a-kind.
